New RICS HomeBuyers Report
Introduced on the 1st July 2009, the new RICS Homebuyers Report (HBR) is now live for consumers.
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has introduced a new version of the tried and tested Homebuyer Survey. The objective is to provide a clear and concise report for those wishing to buy a new home.
By using colour (green, amber and red) and condition ratings, the various points raised by the report can be easily appraised as to urgency and severity.
